Based off an in-depth consultation form & open conversations, these programmes are individualised & customised to achieve success that is unique to your short-term & long-term exercise goals.

Utilising tempo sessions, interval training, fartlek methodology & strides, Train with Tabitha creates an in-depth training schedule to help achieve whatever running goal you have.

MONTHLY ONLINE COACHING SUBSCRIPTION
Looking for someone to hold you accountable for a prolonged period of time? I’ve got you.
This package includes running and/or strength exercise programmes that best suit your individualised needs.
We meet online every fortnight to discuss life, work, family & friends, check on form, progress or regress if needed and importantly, get our sweat on! 24/7 access to Coach Tabi via text.
$130-150 per month inc. GST
No bundles available.
Contracts must be agreed on & signed by both parties before commencement. -
Full payment is required for a cancellation of any personal training session.
If you have given 24 hours notice prior to your session time, you will have 5 days to make up for that session.
Please give at least 7 days notice for when you have other commitments that clash with your regular session time. Your session can be filled by someone else while you are away.
In the unlikely event that I cancel on you, I will honor a 30 minute session.
